The HFSO Chorale is the official choral ensemble of the Hamilton Fairfield Symphony Orchestra. This mixed ensemble of some 90 voices rehearses weekly at the Wilson Middle School in Hamilton (next to Ft. Hamilton Hospital) on Monday evenings. You will hear the Chorale on many of the HFSO concerts, including the Verdi Requiem during the 2011-2012 concert season. Under the direction of Mr. Paul Stanbery, the Chorale enjoys a reputation far beyond the Tri-State region.
Described as “fabulous, and highly professional in sound and work ethic” by Maestro Dennis Simons of the Shreveport Symphony, the Chorale is the pride of the vocal arts community in Butler County and regionally.
The Chorale performs 5-6 times per year and is a staple at such events as the Open Door Pantry Concert, Majesty of Christmas, American Masters, summer pops concerts, and the Ohio Mozart Festival.
