The Great Miami Youth Symphony Orchestra
The Great Miami Youth Symphony is co-sponsored by the Fitton Center for Creative Arts and Fifth Third Bank. Under the direction of our own Maestro, Paul John Stanbery, the orchestra enjoys state-wide recognition. Students come from all over the tri-state area, and especially Butler County. Rehearsals are held weekly at the Fitton Center. Concert dates are listed under the “Concert Season” Link to the left.
The all-high school aged orchestra numbers some 85 players, and performs three to four public concerts yearly. All members are required to pass a yearly audition and all are members of their music programs at school. For more information, please contact the Fitton Center at 513-863-8873.
